Negotiation is obviously a key role of a buying agent and securing the best deal for the clients is paramount.
When the offer is accepted I am there to help get the surveyor, solicitors in place. I will get quotes from builders to get costings if the survey has thrown up anything sinister and if necessary renegotiate on my clients behalf. In short I am there throughout the whole process until success on completion. Even after compleion I am happy to help.
