There is more confidence amongst the property professionals that the 2011 property market will pick up towards the Spring this year and the advice being given is that due to the low stock it is a good time to sell your property. Low stock increases competition and helps sellers sell their property subject to it being fairly priced. Buyers are still cautious.
The feeling is that there are a large number of buyers who are in rented accommodation in the Bristol/Somerset area who are just waiting to get on the move when the timing feels right.
